Brand Line: Briko
Challenge.
Generate a unique brand name and a range of logos for home & garden online shopping group.
Brand name.
After more than 50 brand ideas we decided that a unique word that does not have a meaning would fit perfectly. We did a research using Google, there were very few results involving the chosen name, therefore our client chosen the name.
We decided to create one parental brand name – Briko. For each sub brand an extra word would be added which sends a message what kind goods the particular shop sells. For example “Briko brænde”. Our client intended to launch an online shop for home & garden products, that is how “Briko Haven” log was born.
Target market.
After doing a research we found out that online shop customer would be 25-50 years old people, also companies which use bio fuel for heating.
Composition & Graphics.
A classic composition of logo was used, it was more acceptable to companies and middle age people. We also used a classic font, because it is more attractive for our target market than the modern fonts. The current font is easy on the eye.
On the left side of the composition we use a box with an icon to show the type of goods which will be sold.
