NGO Confederation for Children is non-governmental organization that mission is to implement and constantly supervise how The United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child is being implemented in Lithuania, also to work for the good of children. NGO Confederation for Children actively fights for implementation of the fundamental rights of the child in Lithuania. At the moment the Confederation connects more than 70 various non-governmental organizations which work with and for the good of children. In addition it constantly supervises and collects information about programmes for the good of children executed by the government and about guaranteeing the rights of the child, prepares UN comment “Implementation of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child in Lithuania”.
